Let's Build a Village: Mindful Movement for Mom's
Sunday, March 8th | 5:15 - 6:15 p.m.
This special gathering is part of our Let’s Build a Village: Moms’ Meet-Up series, designed to provide a welcoming space for local mothers raising children with autism to connect, share, and recharge. Join us for a relaxing, in-person gathering as we transform the Autism Welcoming Center at the Natick Mall into a soothing sanctuary.
The session will feature moving meditation, Qi Gong, and gentle yoga in a low-impact format - perfect for beginners or anyone seeking stress relief through mindful movement.
