"Let's Build A Village" Mom's Meet Up: Yoga by Candlelight

Join Penny and Katie in welcoming Wendi O'Neill, owner of Soul Spark Healing. Wendi is a certified 200-hour yoga instructor with a 20-hour certification in Mindful, Trauma Informed Yoga. Wendi is also a Reiki Master Teacher and mother of 3 children. Come to relax and connect to the mind, body, and spirit in this gentle yoga class by candlelight. Reiki will be offered during Savasana and Wendi will close with Tibetan Singing bowls creating an even deeper state of relaxation. Cost is $10 at the door. This workshop will run for approximately an hour, with refreshments and conversation to follow.
