An Evening of Connection and Reflection
Friday, October 3rd, 2025, | 6:00pm-8:00pm
Join us for an evening of community, reflection, and support with other moms in our Let’s Build a Village moms’ self-care group. We’ll start the evening with a guided discussion led by Kelly Sandler, parent coach and owner of Aspire to Be, LLC, who will share practical tools for navigating life as a parent of a child with autism, while staying connected to your own identity and well-being.
The second hour of our time together will be spent enjoying coffee, tea, and light refreshments as you connect with fellow moms in a warm, welcoming space. We’ll close the evening with a short, calming meditation with sound bowls to help you leave feeling grounded and recharged.
