Music and Movement Groups with Ms. Sophie
Wednesday August 12th and 26th at 4pm
Love to move and groove? This class is for you! With a combination of sing-alongs, freeze-dance games, and fun choreography, we will have you moving your body to your favorite tunes. This group will be lead by Sophie McLaughlin, Expressive Movement Therapist and (recent graduate from Lesley University) Class structure based on 4pm start time:
4:00-4:05 - Introductions
4:05-4:10 - Warm-up
4:10-4:20 - Sing-Along ( 2 songs)
4:20-4:30 - Freeze-Dance (2 songs)
4:30-4:45 - Choreography ( for 1 song)
