Help support families caring for loved ones with autism.
Art helps kids build learning skills, hand-eye coordination, and communication. This weekly online art class, led by high school students, welcomes young artists of all abilities. Past projects include drawing cartoons, making Mother’s Day cards, and folding origami cranes and birds. Classes meet on Mondays from 5:30 to 6:30 PM EST. Just bring colored pencils and markers in any colors. Siblings can join too.
High school students from Acton, Boxborough, Brookline, Lexington, Concord, and Carlisle, Massachusetts, lead this program. Many have experience with autism and ADHD, either personally or through their siblings, and are passionate about supporting children with special needs. The program began in 2021 to help kids connect and grow through art.
