Summit Health & Wellness Center provides specialized care for individuals (ages 3-30) with autism and related diagnoses such as attention deficit disorder, and anxiety and mood disorders. They believe that a patient-centered plan of care with a holistic approach provides the best outcome. All services are delivered by licensed professionals and include Psychiatry, Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Services.
