Racheal Nikuze

Racheal is our Autism Alliance Support Specialist. Racheal is a graduate from Brandeis University in the field of Policy Development and Management. She has conducted research in the Behavioral Health field and successfully led a project in her country, Rwanda, at AVEH Umurerwa, where she supported and raised awareness about the rights of children with developmental, intellectual, and physical disabilities.

Racheal brings to us experience working with children & adults with autism, developmental & intellectual disabilities, and other neurologic challenges. She has exceptional dedication to support individuals and their families through programming social & recreational activities, advocacy, policy implementation, case management, and education. During her spare time, Racheal likes to hike, read, cook, speak with her family, and fellowship with her church community
