Let’s walk through the final months of winter together. Moms, grab your sneakers and join our Autism Alliance Let's Build A Village Mom's Self-Care Facilitators Katie Casavant and Penny Anderson as they walk inside the Natick Mall weekly on Fridays at 9:30am beginning March 1 through April 5, 2024

Let’s get our bodies moving for the ultimate self-care. This follow-up to our successful January pilot program promises to be filled with laughter, support, and connection. Meet Katie and Penny at the Natick Mall entrance located on the second floor near Jam Time at 9:30am (note, this is a different meeting spot from our January walking group). Parking is easy in the Macy’s parking garage and the mall entrance between Jam Time and the old Wegman’s space is open early. Children are welcome! Cancellations due to inclement weather will be posted here and on the Mom's Self-Care Facebook page.
