Daniel Perlman has more than a decade of experience helping families who have children with special needs. He previously served as the case law attorney for Massachusetts Advocates for Children (MAC). As a special education attorney, Attorney Perlman helps ensure that children with special needs receive the services and support they are entitled to under the law. He routinely represents and advises families on all aspects of special education disputes, including the team process (evaluations, eligibility, IEP development, program, and placement disputes), mediation, unilateral and out-of-district placements, litigation at the Bureau of Special Education Appeals, and settlement negotiation.
