For most of us, leading a purposeful, independent, and fulfilling life includes finding the right vocation or career path. Advocates partners with individuals with disabilities to design an employment support plan based on each person’s passions, skills, and circumstances.

Our services vary depending on individual needs: we offer job planning and placement services for those ready for full-time, competitive employment; and Advocates’ experienced employment coaches provide skills training on and off the job for people needing additional support to succeed in the workforce. We are committed to providing adults with disabilities opportunities to expand and apply their education and skills, multiple paths to earning income, and the chance to contribute to the community in meaningful ways.

We’ll work together to identify prospective vocational paths, employers, and any necessary training and additional support to help you make the most impact, today, and in the future.
