Amy Turner

Amy Turner brings over 15 years of experience supporting children with autism and their families across school, home, and community settings. Before becoming Operations Director at the Autism Alliance, Amy delivered in-home ABA therapy, taught in specialized school programs, and created inclusion initiatives at the YMCA. In addition, she supported families through the Autism Waiver Program by overseeing staffing and client services, including recruiting, training, and mentoring ABA professionals. Amy is passionate about fostering inclusive environments and building strong relationships with families, staff, and community partners. As Operations Director, she leverages her skills in program coordination, family support, and organizational leadership to positively impact individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Amy and her husband have three children. A teen, a tween, and a first grader. “They are all so different. Each with their own unique personality and learning style. I find fulfillment in encouraging them to explore their individual interests in ways that are most engaging to them.”
