Lisa Clover

Lisa became involved with the Autism Alliance in 1994 when she and her husband were informed that their son displayed signs of Autism. The Alliance was the only network of parents in the area who disseminated information and friendly advice on the journey of autism spectrum disorders.

As a Council member and a parent, Lisa enjoys sharing her experiences, in the hope it helps others realize they are not alone.  Over time, her son has achieved academic success, including a post-secondary degree.  She likes to share his story to encourage others to never give up hope.
