"The Vibe" at the Natick Mall
Thursday February 22nd from 10:30-11:30AM
Ages 13-21
Meet us at "The Vibe" for a beginner’s level yoga class to relax the mind and body including gentle stretching and breathwork. The benefits of yoga include increased flexibility, improved respiration, energy and vitality, stress relief, muscle strength and tone. We will also practice with a sound bath using the Tibetan Singing Bowls. Sound Healing is a way to relax the mind and body through gentle vibrations created by the singing bowls. Those that enjoy yoga or would like to be introduced are welcome to register. Spaces are limited.
